Job summary

VA Masters is seeking a Driver Recruitment & Onboarding Coordinator to centralize our driver hiring and onboarding processes. You will manage candidate communication, scheduling, and ATS tracking from first contact through onboarding, enabling a smooth in-house workflow.

In this role, you will coordinate with on-site teams across two locations, maintain accurate candidate records in Excel/Sheets/Docs, and ensure timely onboarding steps.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in Excel, Google Sheets, and Word/Google Docs.
• Experience working within an Applicant Tracking System (ATS).
• Strong candidate outreach, follow-up, and scheduling skills.
• Reliable, detail-oriented, and able to work independently.
• Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.

Responsibilities

• Conduct outreach and follow-up with driver candidates throughout the hiring process.
• Schedule and confirm appointments with driver applicants.
• Manage candidate flow and pipeline status within the ATS.
• Coordinate onboarding steps and documentation for newly hired drivers.
• Collaborate with on-site teams across two locations to align hiring and onboarding activities.
• Maintain accurate, up-to-date candidate records using Excel, Google Sheets, and Word/Docs.
• Communicate proactively with candidates to keep them engaged and informed at each stage.
• Support the transition of recruitment processes from external support to an in-house workflow.
