Responsibilities

Job Summary: We're eager to welcome a Driver Recruitment & Onboarding Coordinator to support our hiring process for driver candidates. This role is central to moving our recruitment and onboarding workflow in-house — managing candidate communication, scheduling, and ATS-based tracking from first contact through onboarding. The right candidate is highly organized, at ease managing multiple candidate pipelines, and confident coordinating with teams across different locations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct outreach and consistent follow-up with driver candidates throughout the hiring process
• Schedule and confirm appointments with driver applicants
• Manage candidate flow and pipeline status within the ATS
• Coordinate onboarding steps and documentation for newly hired drivers
• Work with on-site teams across two locations to align hiring and onboarding activities
• Maintain accurate, up-to-date candidate records using Excel, Google Sheets, and Word/Docs
• Communicate proactively with candidates to keep them engaged and informed at each stage
• Support the transition of recruitment processes from external support to an in-house workflow

Mandatory Skills:

• Proficiency in Excel, Google Sheets, and Word/Google Docs
• Experience working within an Applicant Tracking System (ATS)
• Strong candidate outreach, follow-up, and scheduling skills
• Reliable, detail-oriented, and able to work independently
• Strong communication skills, both written and verbal

Preferred Skills:

• Prior experience in recruitment or HR coordination, ideally within driver, transportation, or logistics hiring
• Experience coordinating onboarding processes end-to-end
• Able to manage multiple candidate pipelines across different locations at once
• Familiarity with driver recruitment platforms or industry-specific hiring practices
