Job summary

Clayton Connect is seeking a CDL Recruiter to develop and execute high-volume recruiting strategies for CDL-A drivers and Pilot/Escort drivers. The role focuses on sourcing, interviewing, and onboarding to support Clayton Connect's transportation operations.

Strong relationship-building and knowledge of DOT requirements are essential. Reporting to the TMX Manager within Human Resources, the recruiter will manage pipelines, coordinate pre-employment steps, and contribute to onboarding and

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business, Logistics, or related field preferred.
2–4 years of full-cycle CDL recruiting experience strongly preferred.
Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite, ATS platforms, and recruiting software.
Ability to manage multiple recruiting pipelines in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

Develop, facilitate, and manage all phases of CDL and Pilot/Escort driver recruiting from sourcing to onboarding.
Use recruiting platforms, transportation databases, job boards, Tenstreet, and other tools to attract CDL talent.
Identify candidates through ATS, job boards, career fairs, and targeted outreach.
