Job summary

Magnum Ice Cream Company is seeking a Social Commerce Specialist on a 2-year fixed-term contract in the Philippines. You will drive GMV growth across TikTok Shop, Shopee, Meta, and affiliate channels, coordinating with marketing, supply chain, and regional teams to optimize campaigns and digital shelf execution.

You will plan and execute end-to-end activations, manage livestreams and creator collaborations, and deliver data-driven insights to improve performance across platforms.

Qualifications

• 1–2 years of digital commerce or social commerce experience.
• Experience with TikTok Shop, Shopee, Meta or similar platforms preferred.
• Strong data analytics and KPI tracking abilities.

Responsibilities

• Drive demand generation across affiliate, livestream, and social commerce channels.
• Lead livestream sessions, shoppable videos, and creator collaborations with budgets.
• Manage partnerships with platforms, agencies, creators, and affiliates.
• Plan and execute monthly media, promotions, and commercial activations.
• Ensure seamless content engagement to purchase conversion.
• Ensure digital shelf execution and Perfect Store Online compliance across platforms.
• Coordinate end-to-end campaign planning, go-live readiness, and optimization.
• Coordinate product availability and activation execution.
• Lead regular operational cadences with stakeholders.
• Ensure platform onboarding, campaign setup, and issue resolution.
• Update assets, promotions, and storefront elements on time.
• Lead regular reviews and share insights with partners.
• Generate insights to improve sales, conversion, and media effectiveness.
• Identify growth opportunities from assortment, pricing, trends.
• Track KPIs: GMV, Orders, Shopper Penetration, ROAS, ACOS, CTR, CVR, SOV
• Support GMV and profitability targets through media deployment and campaigns.
• Monitor campaigns to identify risks and corrective actions.
• Share best practices across teams.
