Job summary

Magnum Ice Cream Company is seeking a dynamic Trade Marketing Specialist to grow offline and online ice cream business by collaborating with Field Sales, Aggregator and Online partners to improve availability, visibility and activation.

You will analyze shopper, channel, area and customer performance to identify opportunities, translate brand priorities into concrete plans, and drive omni‑channel growth across eCommerce, quick commerce and retailer platforms.

Qualifications

• Experience in trade, shopper marketing, channel strategy or field sales in FMCG.
• Strong data analytics skills and ability to tell a business story with data.
• Ability to work under tight deadlines and take ownership.

Responsibilities

• Translates Brand & Retail priorities into Ice Cream Shopper & Channel programs in terms of availability, visibility and activation.
• Partner with Field Sales in landing shopper and channel programs in-trade, and achieving annual targets.
• Analyze channel, brand, area, and customer performance to identify opportunities to grow the ice cream category.
• Use shopper and category growth drivers, channel insights, shopping missions and retail trends to sharpen plans.
• Co-establish governance and rhythm with other Development Groups to ensure follow through of plans created.
• Complete post-launch evaluation to measure effectivity of total channel programs.
• Establish strong governance, ways of working, process improvements, or cross-functional engagement routines to ensure timely execution and effective delivery of key SCM priorities.
• Directly reporting to the Senior Shopper and Channel Assistant Marketing Manager.
• Drive omni-channel growth by partnering with Digital Commerce teams to maximize online touchpoints, strengthen digital shelf presence, improve online conversion, and accelerate growth across eCommerce, quick commerce, and retailer-owned online platforms.
• Reports to the Shopper & Channel Marketing Managers for Modern Trade and General Trade, collaborating closely with cross-functional teams to deliver channel growth objectives.
