Job summary

Magnum Ice Cream Company is seeking a driven professional to grow our offline and online business by coordinating with Field Sales, Aggregator, and Online partners. You will analyze shopper and channel performance to uncover opportunities for in-store growth and online penetration in major retailers.

You will translate brand priorities into effective shopper programs, work with in-trade teams to land initiatives, and drive omni-channel growth with Digital Commerce.

Qualifications

• Experience in trade, shopper marketing, channel strategy, or field sales in FMCG.
• Strong data analytics skills and familiarity with PowerBI/AFOSAP database tools.
• Capable of high-level data storytelling and working under tight deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Translate brand and retail priorities into ice cream shopper and channel programs.
• Collaborate with Field Sales to land shopper and channel programs in-trade and achieve targets.
• Analyze channel, brand, area, and customer performance to identify growth opportunities.
• Drive omni-channel growth by partnering with Digital Commerce teams to boost online presence.
• Report to Shopper & Channel Marketing Managers and collaborate with cross-functional teams.
