Job summary

Magnum Ice Cream Co. Philippines is seeking a Customer Experience Lead to drive end-to-end service excellence across the country, including order management, depot operations, route planning and O2C.

You will lead a dispersed team, partner with Sales, Logistics, Finance and external providers to deliver superior customer and business outcomes, while shaping experience strategies and governance.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field such as Supply Chain, Logistics, Business or Industrial Engineering.
• 8–12+ years of experience in Customer Operations, Customer Experience, Logistics, Distribution or related roles.
• Proven leadership of multi-site, dispersed operations teams.
• Strong knowledge of Order-to-Cash, customer service, distribution, depot management and route-to-market.

Responsibilities

• Lead the customer experience agenda and ensure best-in-class service across the Philippines.
• Oversee end-to-end O2C, order processing, collections, and customer issue resolution.
• Drive depot operations, route planning and distribution excellence with cross-functional partners.
• Build governance, KPIs and continuous improvement across regions.
