AMS is seeking a Team Leader – Recruitment Administration to oversee a cross‑functional admin team, drive service quality, and partner with clients to deliver recruitment support across cultures. You will mentor administrators, manage performance, and ensure SLAs while fostering an inclusive environment.

Qualifications

• Experience leading a cross-functional team with performance management and coaching.
• Experience managing direct client relationships and identifying risks/opportunities.
• Excellent written and spoken English; additional languages helpful as required.
• Proven track record of introducing process improvements.

Responsibilities

• Oversee administration service delivered by the team to meet targets and SLAs.
• Mentor administrators to deliver services and strengthen partnerships.
• Provide pastoral care and maintain team morale in an inclusive environment.
• Lead induction, objectives, performance reviews and succession planning.
• Maintain regular communication via 1:1s and virtual team sessions; escalate issues.
