Qualifications

• Proven experience leading a team to deliver operational excellence.
• Strong stakeholder management and influencing skills.
• Excellent English business communication, both written and oral.
• Strong data reporting skills; comfortable with Excel (pivot tables).
• Willing to work APAC shift.

Responsibilities

• Lead a diverse team and enable career growth.
• Coach, train, and advise the team with development plans.
• Develop bespoke sourcing plans with insights-driven approaches.
• Maintain accurate reporting to drive accountability and identify improvements.
• Partner with senior stakeholders and act as trusted advisor on recruitment strategy.
• Use data insights to challenge barriers to success in recruitment.
