AMS is seeking a Senior Recruiter who thrives on stakeholder management and end-to-end delivery. You will manage client relationships with senior hiring managers, shape attraction strategies, and guide recruiters through the end-to-end process in a dynamic, inclusive environment in Manila.

You’ll mentor teams, ensure timely outcomes, and optimize candidate experience from interview to offer, while collaborating with Sourcing and Administration colleagues.

Qualifications

• End-to-end recruitment delivery from brief to offer
• Ability to manage client relationships with senior stakeholders
• Proficiency in sourcing and recruitment techniques

Responsabilités

• Manage client stakeholder relationships end-to-end and ensure timely delivery
• Lead attraction strategies with hiring managers based on market needs
• Oversee recruitment delivery in line with SLAs and role requirements
• Coach and mentor Recruiters, Sourcers and Administrators on best practices
