Job Vacancy Phil is seeking a Sr. Sales Accounts Executive to lead revenue growth for our project management and construction software solutions. The role blends onsite and remote work to engage client prospects and close deals across the Philippines.

You will develop new logos, renewals, and upsell opportunities while collaborating with the implementation team to ensure successful onboarding and long-term client success.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years in a senior sales accounts executive role.

Responsibilities

• Engage with prospective clients to understand their business challenges related to project management, construction management and schedule management.
• Develop new sales and logos by generating leads through cold calls, research, network and social media.
• Nurture existing clients through renewals and upselling.
• Demonstrate capabilities of project and construction management software solutions.
• Provide technical guidance to help clients select suitable products and services.
• Negotiate contract terms and close sales to meet revenue targets.
• Collaborate with the implementation team for a seamless onboarding process.
• Maintain relationships with existing clients and identify further business opportunities.
• Stay updated with industry trends, competitor offerings and product developments.
