Job summary

Arrow Phils (Surface Management and Supplies) Inc. is seeking a seasoned Sales Executive in a hybrid setup at Muntinlupa to build relationships with developers, contractors, and architects in the construction sector, driving new business and expanding market share.

You will conduct site visits, deliver product presentations, negotiate terms, and coordinate after-sales support, with travel to client sites and meetings.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Engineering, or related field.
• 5-10 years of proven sales experience in the construction industry (materials, equipment, construction services, MEP products, etc.)
• Strong network of industry contacts (developers, contractors, consultants).
• Solid negotiation, communication, and presentation skills.

Responsibilities

• Identify, develop, and maintain relationships with clients in the construction sector (developers, contractors, consultants, architects, etc.).
• Generate new sales leads through field visits, networking, and market research.
• Conduct product presentations and site visits to demonstrate technical value.
• Negotiate pricing, terms, and contracts aligned with company policies.
• Support after-sales service to ensure high customer satisfaction.
