Job summary

PM Consulting in the Philippines is seeking an experienced Senior Sales Manager to drive growth in HR outsourcing, payroll services, and HR technology solutions across the Philippines and Southeast Asia.

You will identify new opportunities, develop strategic client relationships, deliver consultative sales solutions, and lead initiatives from prospecting to deal closure, while collaborating with internal teams to ensure seamless onboarding and long-term partnerships.

Qualifications

• 10+ years in sales with at least 5 years in HR services, payroll, or HRMS solutions.
• Proven track record in enterprise sales and revenue growth.
• Strong consultative selling approach engaging stakeholders at multiple levels.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and proposal development skills.
• Experience using digital and traditional channels for lead generation and client engagement.
• Analytical mindset with ability to interpret sales metrics and market insights.
• Highly self-driven, entrepreneurial, adaptable to fast-paced, target-driven environments.

Responsibilities

• Drive new business development by identifying and securing clients for HR outsourcing, payroll, and HR technology services across the Philippines and Southeast Asia.
• Engage with decision-makers across organizational levels to understand business challenges and position tailored service solutions.
• Develop and deliver compelling sales presentations, proposals, and commercial strategies to win new business.
• Analyze client requirements and translate them into customized service offerings aligned with capabilities.
• Monitor pipeline performance, prepare sales reports, and provide insights to senior leadership.
• Achieve revenue targets through proactive prospecting, consultative selling, and effective deal management.
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless client onboarding and successful service implementation.
• Strengthen client relationships to support long-term partnerships, including cross-selling and upselling opportunities.
• Track market trends, assess sales performance, and refine go-to-market strategies.
