Job summary

Orro Philippines is seeking a ValidPro Sales Support Specialist to turn customer requests into accurate quotes across hardware, software, telecommunications and managed services. You’ll work with Account Managers and our sales and technical teams in a hybrid model to ensure deals start on solid footing.

In Manila, you’ll handle high-volume quoting, maintain records, and identify upgrade opportunities while meeting service levels.

Qualifications

• At least 2 years’ customer-facing experience in customer success, inside sales or sales support at a Managed Services Provider.
• Exposure to telecommunications, connectivity or managed services.
• Working knowledge of vendors such as Cisco, Microsoft, Hewlett Packard Enterprise, Juniper, Fortinet or Palo Alto Networks.
• Experience using customer relationship management or quoting systems, and vendor or distributor portals.
• Confident with Excel, and comfortable using sales data to report and prioritise.
• Sharp attention to detail and numbers, with the organisation to juggle competing deadlines.
• Excellent written and spoken English, comfortable calling Australian colleagues to confirm what a customer needs.

Responsibilities

• Prepare accurate quotes for hardware, software, subscriptions, maintenance, telecommunications and managed services, validating pricing, margins and customer price books.
• Quote connectivity across Telstra, Vocus, AAPT and other carriers for data, internet and wide area network services, including feasibility checks, relocations and cancellations.
• Prepare maintenance, subscription, telecommunications and managed services renewal quotes, flagging renewal risks and upgrade opportunities to the Account Manager.
• Work with vendors and distributors on pricing, deal registration and stock availability, and call Orro’s sales and technical teams to confirm any missing details.
• Keep quote and customer records accurate across our quoting system and partner portals.
• Spot when a straightforward quote could become a broader opportunity, and refer it to the right Account Manager
