Xerox Philippines is seeking a Sales Support Representative to assist Account Managers and Territory Sales Managers by handling pricing, bids, orders and customer inquiries. The role requires organized, customer-focused individuals who can collaborate with internal teams to resolve issues in a fast-paced environment.

Ideal candidates have 2+ years in BPO or sales support, strong communication skills, and familiarity with CRM and order management systems.

Formación

• College graduate or bachelor's degree holder.
• At least 2 years of relevant BPO, sales support, customer service, or related experience.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Good organizational skills and attention to detail.

Responsabilidades

• Support Account Managers and sales teams with day-to-day customer and partner needs.
• Provide information on products, pricing, promotions, programs, inventory, and orders.
• Create and manage special bids, rebate claims, and sales support requests.
• Track sales performance, inventory, orders, and product consumption and provide updates to Account Managers.
• Manage shared mailboxes and customer or partner cases from request through resolution.
• Coordinate with internal teams to resolve pricing, order, supply chain, and technical support concerns.
• Recommend products based on customer requirements.
• Prepare presentations, flyers, product information, and other materials to support sales activities.
• Maintain accurate information and ensure requests are completed efficiently and on time.
