Qualifications

Responsibilities

• First point of contact via phone and email for all customer technical quote enquiries.
• Support Tier 2 resellers with basic technical solutions enquiries.
• Generate and provide customer quotations within SLA with accuracy.
• Maintain exceptional customer service and exceed expectations.
• Educate clients on best solutions and collateral, escalate issues promptly.
• Seek up-sell opportunities with quotations and proactively follow up.
