• Able to identify and suggest corrective actions for moderately complex issues.
• Follows scripts and processes per contractual agreements.
• Quick to learn new technology and data systems.

Responsibilities

• Outbound calls to vendors to confirm service availability.
• Maintain quote documentation with pricing and configurations.
• Prepare quotes for contract renewals.
• Ensure client information integrity in the CRM database.
• Manage Excel with basic functions.
• Process bookings (Purchase Order processing) and booking reconciliation.
• Grow skills to perform QA and identify improvements.
• Focus on customer needs and coordinate with Senior Sales Support staff and management.
• Handle medium to high priority escalations and escalate complex items to management.
• Maintain Knowledge Base tools and CRM.
• Identify operational risks and call them out to management.
• Participate in KMIP daily activities as relevant to role.
