Responsibilities

Build and maintain strong relationships with internal teams and external clients.
Provide responsive, high-quality customer service across all touchpoints.
Initiate and manage pre-sale activities including product knowledge, quoting, and order entry.
Ensure post-shipment follow-through and customer satisfaction.
Assure accurate customer pricing.
Collaborate with sales managers and reps to support quoting and order fulfillment.
Troubleshoot issues and proactively resolve customer concerns.
Track and manage multiple priorities with attention to detail.
