Job summary

D2B is recruiting an Inside Sales Representative in the Philippines. This hybrid, full-time role focuses on owning sales support from inquiry to quote, coordinating with Client Managers and vendors, and maintaining CRM data.

You will prepare quotes for hardware, licensing, and services, while identifying add-on and renewal opportunities for the Australian market. You will work closely with the Chief Revenue Officer and Client Managers, learn vendor programs, and grow in a fast-paced tech sales

Qualifications

1-2 years’ experience in inside sales or related commercial role.
Experience in technology and Microsoft solutions is desirable but not essential.
Experience using CRM, quoting, vendor or distributor systems is desirable.
Formal qualifications are not essential; practical capability, customer focus and willingness to learn are important.

Responsibilities

Own assigned sales support activity from request through to completion.
Prepare accurate quotes for hardware, licensing and professional services.
Coordinate with Client Managers on transactional sales from request to order and handover.
Confirm pricing, availability, lead times and terms with vendors and distributors.
Identify add-ons, renewals and cross-sell opportunities and coordinate follow-up with Client Manager.
Escalate pricing, supply or customer issues to the Client Manager or Chief Revenue Officer when required.
Maintain accurate opportunity, quote, activity and customer information in the CRM and keep systems updated.
