Qualifications

Bachelor's Degree.
2-3 years of experience in sales support and customer service.
Finance/Sales Operations/Customer Relationship Management background preferred.
Strong Excel knowledge.
Experience with Microsoft 365 apps preferred.
SAP and SFDC or other CRM knowledge a benefit.
Strong team player and accepts coaching opportunities positively.
Flexibility and willingness to join a dynamic and fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

Manage Salesforce opportunities from Pipeline to Close, including staging, forecasting, products, and revenue allocation.
Prepare templates for Statements of Work and initial Contract submissions.
Coordinate PSA platform activities, pricing assistants, and project/resource assignments.
Attend pipeline calls and update SFDC/PSA after meetings.
Coordinate cross-functional teams to ensure smooth opportunity processing.
Maintain up-to-date document repositories and support ad-hoc projects as needed.
Assist in strategic planning and analysis with Account Managers.
