Job summary

Manpower Outsourcing Services, Inc. is seeking a detail-oriented Sales Analyst to support our sales operations in the Philippines. The role focuses on accurate data management, reporting, and business analysis to provide reliable insights for decision-making.

Hybrid work setup with day shifts (9:00 AM to 6:00 PM) and a 1-year contract term. The ideal candidate has 1–2 years of experience in data entry, sales support, and reporting, plus strong Excel/Sheets skills.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Accounting, IT, Business Administration, or related field.
• Associate or vocational graduates with relevant experience are welcome to apply.
• 1–2 years of experience in data entry, sales support, reporting, administrative support, or related roles.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Google Sheets, or similar data processing tools.
• Experience handling sales or financial data is an advantage.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Good verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities.
• Strong commercial and analytical mindset.
• Ability to translate business questions into actionable insights.

Responsibilities

• Input, validate, and maintain sales data accurately and efficiently
• Prepare and generate regular sales reports and analyses
• Handle ad hoc data and reporting requests from business stakeholders
• Analyze sales data to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement
• Coordinate with Sales, Finance, and other teams on data-related requirements
• Maintain the confidentiality and integrity of business information
• Support projects and initiatives focused on improving reporting and business processes
• Assist stakeholders by translating business requirements into meaningful data and insights
