IQVIA Solutions Operations Center Philippines, Inc. is expanding a new Sales Support Analyst role in the Go To Market Partnership Center.

This hybrid position requires monthly office visits and a night shift from 9 pm to 6 am to support internal Sales Teams, Account Managers, and Principals in Lead to Order opportunities across the sales cadence. The role emphasizes proactive communication, cross-team collaboration, and delivering pricing support, contract prep, and Salesforce/PSA updates.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• 2-3 years of experience in sales support and customer service.
• Finance/Sales Operations/CRM background preferred.
• Strong Excel knowledge.
• Experience with SAP and SFDC (CRM) a plus.
• Strong team player and coachable attitude.
• Flexible to a dynamic, fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Manage Salesforce opportunities from Pipeline to Close, update stages, forecast, products and revenue allocations.
• Prepare templates for Statements of Work and initial contract submissions.
• Coordinate PSA platform, resource hours and budgets; assign principals and project managers.
• Attend pipeline calls and update Salesforce and PSA after meetings.
• Coordinate cross-functional teams to ensure smooth processing of opportunities.
• Maintain and organize the team's document repository and support ad-hoc tasks.
• Assist in strategic planning and analysis with Account Managers.
