Job summary

Noventiq Philippines seeks a Sales Excellence Analyst / Sales Operations Analyst to manage master datasets, build reports, and support management with insights for strategic decisions. You will collaborate with regional teams and drive data-driven forecasting and KPI setting.

The role requires strong Excel, CRM, and Power BI skills, with experience in Sales Admin/BI/Data Analyst positions, and fluency in English. The work arrangement is hybrid (in-office plus WFH).

Qualifications

• Experience in Office 365 configuring (tenant, Exchange, Skype for Business Online)
• Experience as Sales Admin/Business Intelligence/Data Analyst
• Knowledge and practical working experience in CRM system
• Fluency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel and BI tools (Power BI is an advantage)
• English fluency in speaking and writing

Responsibilities

• Prepare and analyze periodical and requested reports using data visualization and Power BI to present clear insights and actions for Managers.
• Support forecasting, pipeline management, quotas and KPIs through sales process analysis.
• Collaborate with Regional Sales Excellence and peers across countries to share insights and best practices.
• Coordinate with Territory Sales Leader and Chief Accountant to improve forecast accuracy.
• Assist in maintaining data systems and fix data-related issues.
• Perform other business analysis and process-related activities
