Job summary

MicroSourcing is hiring an Operations Coordinator in Manila with hybrid setup and night shift. You will coordinate with consultants, validate configurations, and support client inquiries on call attribution and agent setup.

You will manage end-to-end rent reporting workflows and ad hoc business requests, driving data-driven improvements across operations. Ideal candidates have 2+ years in SaaS operations or analytics, strong English, and proficiency with Salesforce and Looker.

Qualifications

• Excellent written and verbal English communication for internal and client-facing work.
• Able to work independently across multiple workstreams with minimal supervision.
• Experience using AI tools to improve daily task efficiency.
• 2+ years in operations or business analytics within a SaaS company.
• Proven ability to drive data-driven decisions from complex datasets.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate with consultants on agent roster changes and departures affecting call attribution.
• Validate client configurations and ensure complete agent setup and voice profile enrollment.
• Submit structured tickets to the Implementation team for identified gaps.
• Provide status updates on open operational items and participate in internal check-ins.
• Serve as a point of contact for client inquiries on call assignment accuracy.
• Collect roster information or voice samples from clients when needed.
• Document client interactions and outcomes; maintain records of reporting activity.
• Support positive rent reporting workflow, data intake, verification, and submission.
• Coordinate with internal/external teams to ensure timely reporting of resident payment data.
• Assist with ad hoc business requests as assigned by VP of Operational Excellence.
• Contribute to general operational support and process improvements.
