BruntWork is seeking a Hybrid Recruiter to support international client hiring across industries. The role combines remote candidate sourcing with face-to-face onsite screening twice weekly at Cubao, Quezon City.

Transportation for onsite work is covered, and ASAP start is preferred. You will source, screen, and manage end-to-end recruitment, maintain candidate engagement, and meet hiring targets while following data privacy standards.

Qualifications

• Experience in Recruitment, Talent Acquisition, Headhunting, or similar role.
• Experience sourcing candidates through LinkedIn Recruiter, job boards, referrals, or other platforms.
• Ability to manage multiple requisitions while meeting targets and turnaround times.
• Willingness to report onsite twice per week at Cubao, Quezon City.

BruntWork is looking for a Hybrid Recruiter with experience in candidate sourcing, screening, and full-cycle recruitment to support hiring for international clients across multiple industries. This role requires onsite work twice per week at our client's office in Cubao, Quezon City to conduct face-to-face screening interviews, with the remainder of the week dedicated to remote candidate sourcing, virtual screening, and talent pipeline management.

Transportation expenses for required onsite work are fully covered. We are looking for someone who can start ASAP.

Core Responsibilities

• Source, screen, and facilitate the hiring of candidates who match client requirements, including skills, experience, compensation expectations, and culture fit.

• Conduct both virtual and onsite screening interviews to assess candidate qualifications.

• Maintain candidate engagement throughout the recruitment process, including offer discussions and acceptance.

• Manage multiple active job requisitions while maintaining hiring quality and turnaround times.

• Meet monthly hiring targets and recruitment KPIs.

• Ensure compliance with recruitment processes, data privacy, and confidentiality standards.
