Job summary

BruntWork is seeking a Hybrid Recruiter to support international client hiring across industries. The role combines remote candidate sourcing with face-to-face onsite screening twice weekly at Cubao, Quezon City.

Transportation for onsite work is covered, and ASAP start is preferred. You will source, screen, and manage end-to-end recruitment, maintain candidate engagement, and meet hiring targets while following data privacy standards.

Qualifications

• Experience in Recruitment, Talent Acquisition, Headhunting, or similar role.
• Experience sourcing candidates through LinkedIn Recruiter, job boards, referrals, or other platforms.
• Ability to manage multiple requisitions while meeting targets and turnaround times.
• Willingness to report onsite twice per week at Cubao, Quezon City.

Responsibilities

• Source, screen, and hire candidates matching client requirements, including skills and culture fit.
• Conduct virtual and onsite screening interviews to assess qualifications.
• Maintain candidate engagement through offers and acceptance.
• Manage multiple active requisitions with quality and timely delivery.
• Meet monthly hiring targets and recruitment KPIs.
• Ensure compliance with recruitment processes and data privacy.
