Job summary

Filta in Makati City, Philippines, is seeking an Intermediate Recruiter to join the Operations team in a hybrid role (3 days in-office). The schedule is Mon-Fri, 6:00 AM – 3:00 PM PHT, supporting end-to-end talent acquisition for a fast-growing outsourcing partner.

You will actively source passive candidates, advocate for candidates, conduct structured interviews, and build talent pools while maintaining data hygiene in the ATS. Strong communication and emotional intelligence are essential.

Qualifications

• Recruitment experience in talent acquisition or high-energy environments.
• Fluency with LinkedIn Recruiter, AI sourcing tools, and major job boards.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong emotional intelligence and cultural awareness.

What You'll Be Doing

Reporting directly to the Recruitment Manager, you will serve as the Execution Engine of the recruitment function. You will move beyond traditional post and pray methods to actively hunt and engage the best talent in the market. Your key tasks include:

• Active Sourcing: Execute multi-channel sourcing strategies to identify passive hidden talent for niche roles.
• Candidate Advocacy: Act as the face of the brand, ensuring every candidate receives timely, transparent, and respectful communication.
• Quality Filtering: Conduct structured interviews to assess technical fit, cultural alignment, and resilience.
• Talent Pooling: Proactively build high-quality pipelines for high-demand skill sets to reduce future time-to-hire.
• Operational Integrity: Maintain flawless data hygiene within the ATS to ensure accurate real-time reporting.
