Job summary

IQ-EQ, a global investor services group, seeks a Business Implementation Officer in Manila to coordinate fee proposals for Alternative Investment Funds and corporate structures, supporting AML/KYC onboarding and stakeholder communications.

You will collaborate with Luxembourg and internal teams to ensure timely onboarding deliverables and smooth client experiences. This role emphasizes regulatory coordination, documentation, and client service excellence.

Qualifications

• Coordinate fee proposals for Alternative Investment Funds and corporate structures.
• Support end-to-end client onboarding with internal and external stakeholders.
• Assist with AML/KYC reviews and World Check screening.
• Review onboarding documentation and service agreements.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and prepare fee proposals for AIFs and corporate structures.
• Support end-to-end client onboarding with internal/external stakeholders to ensure smooth handover.
• Assist with World Check screening, AML/KYC analysis, and internal database maintenance.
• Prepare onboarding documentation including bank account opening paperwork and service agreements.
• Coordinate with Luxembourg and internal teams to meet client deliverables.
