Job summary

IQ-EQ is a leading Investor Services group providing administration, accounting, reporting, regulatory and compliance needs worldwide. This role coordinates and prepares fee proposals for Alternative Investment Funds and corporate structures, supporting end-to-end client onboarding with internal and external stakeholders.

You will conduct World Check screening, AML/KYC reviews, manage internal databases, assist with compliance approvals, bank account opening paperwork, service agreements, and

Qualifications

• Coordinate and prepare fee proposals for Alternative Investment Funds and corporate structures with guidance from a line manager.
• Support end-to-end client onboarding by coordinating with internal and external stakeholders for a smooth transition to operations.
• Assist with World Check screening, AML/KYC reviews, and internal database management and approvals.
• Prepare onboarding documentation including bank opening paperwork and service agreements; support client communications.
• Assist with legal document reviews and coordinate with Luxembourg and internal teams to meet onboarding deliverables.
