Job summary

Whitecrow Research Sdn Bhd is seeking an Inside Sales Engineer to support business development and sales activities across the Philippines market. You will identify new opportunities, engage customers, and coordinate quotations for standard products, tubing, hoses, and spare parts.

Qualifications

• Diploma or degree in Engineering, Business, or a related discipline is an advantage.
• Experience in inside sales, technical sales, sales coordination, or customer service is preferred.
• Candidates with an engineering background and a strong interest in sales are encouraged to apply.
• Good communication, interpersonal, and customer relationship management skills.
• Ability to understand customer requirements and provide appropriate product or quotation support.

Responsibilities

• Identify and develop new sales opportunities across the Philippines market.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective customers.
• Generate leads and qualify prospects to support the external sales engineering team.
• Prepare quotations and respond to customer enquiries for standard products, tubing, hoses, and spare parts.
• Follow up on quotations and proactively engage customers to convert opportunities into orders.
• Process repeat orders and ensure timely customer follow-up.
• Collaborate with internal teams to align sales activities with customer needs and regional market trends.
• Maintain accurate customer information, sales records, and activity updates in CRM systems.
