Job summary

Michael Page is seeking a proactive Inside Sales Specialist to manage assigned customer accounts and drive sales growth in the Philippines. You will build relationships, identify opportunities, reactivate dormant accounts, and collaborate with Account Managers and internal teams.

The role requires at least 2 years in a similar commercial function, strong communication and Excel skills, and a diploma or bachelor’s degree. Hybrid work setup: 3 days in the office.

Qualifications

• 2+ years in Inside Sales or related commercial role.
• Strong customer relationship and sales opportunity management skills.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management.
• Proactive, organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple priorities.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel.
• SAP/ERP experience is an advantage.
• B2B, manufacturing, industrial, or packaging experience is a plus.
• Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Business, Sales, Marketing, Commerce or related field.

Responsibilities

• Manage assigned customer accounts, sales targets, and KPIs.
• Proactively engage customers to drive repeat purchases and account growth.
• Identify and follow up on sales opportunities and maintain a CRM pipeline.
• Prepare standard quotations, pricing, and sales contract documentation.
• Develop sales forecasts and coordinate with Demand Planning on customer requirements.
• Monitor sales performance and provide reports and insights.
• Conduct regular account reviews and follow through on agreed actions.
• Collaborate with Account Management, Customer Service, Finance, and other internal teams.
