Job summary

OX Tools is hiring an Inside Sales Representative in the Philippines for a hybrid role (3-4 days onsite). You will identify new sales opportunities, manage relationships, and help achieve revenue targets through calls, emails, and digital channels.

The ideal candidate has a bachelor's degree and proven inside sales experience, with strong communication and CRM skills. You will collaborate with Business Development to set appointments and follow up with prospects.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business administration, communication, or related field.
• Proven experience in inside sales or customer-facing roles.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong organizational and time management abilities.
• Familiarity with CRM systems (NetSuite, Numerik).
• Comfortable making high-volume outbound calls and follow-ups.
• Goal-oriented with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
• Proficiency with productivity and communication tools.

Responsibilities

• Identify new sales opportunities and achieve revenue targets.
• Manage relationships with prospects and existing clients via calls, email, and digital channels.
• Set up appointments and coordinate follow-ups to support engagement.
• Maintain detailed records of sales activities in CRM and track pipeline.
• Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.
• Collaborate with Marketing to tailor messaging based on customer feedback.
• Prepare and send sales quotes and proposals and ensure timely follow-up.
