Job summary
IQ-EQ is a global investor services group supporting managers, asset owners and global businesses with administration, compliance, governance, data and reporting. This role coordinates fee proposals for Alternative Investment Funds and corporate structures, and supports end-to-end client onboarding with internal and external stakeholders to ensure a smooth transition to operational teams.
You will conduct World Check and AML/KYC activities, maintain internal databases, and assist with the review
Qualifications
- AML/KYC screening and analysis across client onboarding
- World Check screening and risk assessments
- End-to-end onboarding coordination with internal/external stakeholders
- Review of onboarding documentation and service agreements
- Coordination with Luxembourg and internal teams on onboarding deliverables
Responsibilities
- Coordinate and prepare fee proposals for Alternative Investment Funds and corporate structures
- Support end-to-end client onboarding with internal and external stakeholders
- Assist with World Check screening, AML/KYC, and internal database maintenance
- Prepare onboarding docs including bank opening paperwork and service agreements
- Assist with legal document reviews and Luxembourg coordination for onboarding
