Job summary

IQ-EQ is recruiting for a Business Implementation Officer to support onboarding for funds and investments, coordinating with global teams to ensure timely and compliant delivery of client requirements.

The role involves fee proposals, World Check screening, AML/KYC reviews, and documentation for bank accounts and service agreements, with a hybrid work arrangement and development opportunities across a global platform.

Qualifications

• Experience coordinating client onboarding processes and fee proposals.
• Knowledge of AML/KYC processes and internal compliance.
• Ability to liaise with Luxembourg and internal teams.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and prepare fee proposals for Alternative Investment Funds and corporate structures.
• Support end-to-end client onboarding with stakeholders to ensure smooth handover to operations.
• Assist with World Check screening, AML/KYC reviews, and internal approvals.
• Prepare onboarding documentation and service agreements; participate in client calls.
