Job summary
MicroSourcing is seeking a 1st Line Support Engineer in Manila to deliver first-line IT support and ensure timely incident resolution. This role reports to the IT team and operates in a hybrid work setup with shifting schedules.
You will manage Office 365, Active Directory, and Microsoft Entra, troubleshoot servers on Windows and Apple platforms, and provide remote support to end-users while maintaining excellent customer service.
Qualifications
- At least 4 years of hands-on IT service desk experience.
- Experience with Office 365 administration, Active Directory, and Microsoft Entra.
- Experience with server management and basic troubleshooting.
- Proficiency in Windows and Apple operating systems with remote support.
Responsibilities
- Provide first-level technical support to end-users, ensuring timely resolution of incidents and service requests.
- Act as the first point of contact for IT-related issues, delivering excellent customer service.
- Administer and support Office 365, Active Directory, and Microsoft Entra.
- Manage and troubleshoot servers alongside Windows and Apple operating systems.
- Resolve issues effectively using remote support tools across various platforms.
