MicroSourcing International is seeking a System Engineer – IT Support to join our hybrid team in Manila. The role focuses on administering Microsoft 365, endpoint management for Windows and macOS, and maintaining network security with EDR tools.

You’ll support user provisioning and IT service requests across regions, ensuring high service levels. The ideal candidate has strong Windows and macOS experience, knowledge of email security, and hands-on with networking fundamentals.

Qualifications

• Proven experience managing Microsoft 365 services and user/license management.
• working knowledge of email security concepts (phishing/spam, DKIM/DMARC/SPF).
• Strong Windows administration experience and macOS support in a corporate environment.
• Experience with IT ticketing systems, SLA-driven support.

Responsibilities

• Administer and support Microsoft 365 services, including email security controls.
• Provide endpoint management and troubleshooting for Windows and macOS devices.
• Support core networking components (LAN, WLAN, firewalls) and monitor EDR tooling.
• Manage user onboarding/offboarding and access provisioning.
• Resolve tickets within SLAs and maintain documentation.
