Qualifications

• 4+ years in IT service desk operations.
• Experience with Office 365 administration and AD management.
• Experience with server management and basic troubleshooting.
• Proficiency with Windows and macOS, plus remote support.

Responsibilities

• Provide first-level technical support to end-users and resolve incidents
• Act as the first point of contact for IT issues and maintain service levels
• Administer and support Office 365, Active Directory, and Entra
• Manage and troubleshoot servers across Windows and Apple OS
• Resolve issues using remote support tools across platforms
