Job summary

MicroSourcing is hiring a System Engineer – IT Support to administer and support Microsoft 365, endpoints, and core networking in a hybrid environment at Mall of Asia, Pasay. You will manage onboarding, asset inventory, and respond to tickets within SLAs while collaborating with global IT teams.

Ideal candidates have strong Windows/macOS administration, AD/Entra ID, and experience with EDR solutions like CrowdStrike, plus solid networking fundamentals and customer-focused English communication.

Qualifications

• Proven experience administering Microsoft 365 (Exchange Online, Teams, SharePoint, user/license management).
• Working knowledge of email security concepts and tools (phishing/spam handling, mail flow, DKIM/DMARC/SPF basics).
• Strong Windows systems administration experience (Windows 10/11, Windows Server basics, imaging/patching).
• Experience supporting macOS/MacBook devices in a corporate environment.
• Solid PC hardware and software troubleshooting skills.
• Experience installing and maintaining standard corporate software baselines/images.
• Working knowledge of networking fundamentals – LAN, WLAN, switches, access points, firewalls, TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, VPN, and Wi‑Fi.
• Experience with EDR (Endpoint Detection & Response) solutions such as CrowdStrike, or similar.
• Experience supporting Microsoft Active Directory and/or Microsoft Entra ID, including user account and access administration.
• Experience with an IT ticketing/service management platform, incident logging, and SLA-driven support.
• Good communication skills in English, both written and verbal, with a strong customer-service orientation.
• Ability to work independently and prioritise across multiple support requests.
• Strong documentation and organisational skills.
• Microsoft 365 Certified is preferred.
• Experience supporting users across regions/cultures.
• Experience with Microsoft Intune or similar endpoint management platforms.
• Experience in fintech or regulated environments.
• Exposure to ITIL-based service management practices.

Responsibilities

• Administer and support Microsoft 365 services, managing email security controls and mailbox-related requests.
• Provide comprehensive endpoint management and troubleshooting for Windows and macOS devices, including hardware diagnostics and standard software deployment.
• Support core networking components (LAN, WLAN, firewalls) and monitor EDR tooling to maintain a secure infrastructure.
• Manage user onboarding/offboarding processes, access provisioning, and maintain accurate IT asset inventories.
• Resolve support tickets within agreed SLAs, maintain accurate technical documentation, and collaborate with global IT teams to enforce access-control and governance requirements.
