Job summary
MicroSourcing in the Philippines seeks a 1st Line Support Engineer to join our hybrid team at Global One, Eastwood City. You will be the first contact for IT issues, delivering timely incident resolution and user support across Windows and Apple environments.
Responsibilities include administering Office 365, Active Directory, and Microsoft Entra, plus server management and remote troubleshooting. A shift schedule and strong customer service mindset are essential to thrive in our fast-paced IT
Qualifications
- At least 4 years of hands-on IT service desk experience.
- Proven Office 365 administration, Active Directory, and Microsoft Entra experience.
- Experience with server management and basic troubleshooting; comfortable with shifting schedules.
Responsibilities
- Provide first-level technical support to end-users and resolve incidents promptly.
- Serve as the initial contact for IT issues and deliver strong customer service.
- Administer and support Office 365, AD, and Microsoft Entra.
- Manage and troubleshoot servers across Windows and macOS.
- Resolve issues using remote support tools across platforms.
