Qualifications
- 4+ years hands-on experience in IT service desk operations.
- Experience administering Office 365, Active Directory and Microsoft Entra.
- Server management and basic server troubleshooting.
- Proficiency with Windows and macOS and remote support.
Responsibilities
- Provide first-level technical support to end-users and resolve incidents and service requests.
- Be the first point of contact for IT issues and deliver strong customer service.
- Administer and support Office 365, Active Directory, and Microsoft Entra.
- Manage and troubleshoot Windows and Apple servers and devices.
