Job summary

PlayTime Entertainment is seeking an HR Generalist who can think conceptually, organize meticulously, and manage conflicts while supporting staffing, training and employee relations in a fast-paced environment.

You will assist with recruitment, onboarding, performance management, payroll coordination and reporting, ensure compliance with labor laws and equity regulations, and help develop guidelines and processes.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in human resources or related field is essential.
• 2 years of experience as an HR coordinator is essential.
• Deep understanding of Labor Law and employment equity regulations.
• Efficient HR administration and people management skills.
• Excellent knowledge of HR functions and best practices.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Works well under pressure and meets tight deadlines.
• Proficient with email, MS Office and related HR software.

Responsibilities
