Overview
As an HR Generalist, you will be the go-to person for all HR-related matters. You will be responsible for a wide range of HR functions, including recruitment, onboarding, employee relations, performance management, and HR policy implementation. This role requires strong organizational skills, excellent communication abilities, and a solid understanding of HR best practices.
Responsibilities
- Recruitment and Onboarding: Manage the full recruitment cycle from job posting to offer letter. Conduct new hire orientation and ensure a smooth onboarding process for all new employees.
- Employee Relations: Serve as the first point of contact for employee inquiries and concerns. Address and resolve issues, ensuring compliance with company policies and legal regulations.
- Performance Management: Support the performance review process, provide guidance to managers on performance improvement plans, and assist with disciplinary actions when necessary.
- HR Policies and Procedures: Maintain and update company policies and procedures. Ensure all HR practices comply with local and national labor laws.
- Compensation and Benefits: Assist with benefits administration, payroll processing, and compensation analysis.
- HR Administration: Maintain accurate employee records, prepare HR reports, and handle all general HR administrative tasks.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 2-3 years of proven experience as an HR Generalist or in a similar HR role.
- Solid understanding of HR functions and best practices.
- Knowledge of local and national labor laws and regulations.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build rapport with employees at all levels.
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
- High level of integrity and confidentiality.
- Proficiency in HRIS (Human Resources Information System) and MS Office Suite.
