As anHR Generalist, you will be the go-to person for all HR-related matters. You will be responsible for a wide range of HR functions, including recruitment, onboarding, employee relations, performance management, and HR policy implementation. Key Responsibilities

• Recruitment and Onboarding:Manage the full recruitment cycle from job posting to offer letter. Conduct new hire orientation and ensure a smooth onboarding process for all new employees.
• Employee Relations:Serve as the first point of contact for employee inquiries and concerns. Address and resolve issues, ensuring compliance with company policies and legal regulations.
• Performance Management:Support the performance review process, provide guidance to managers on performance improvement plans, and assist with disciplinary actions when necessary.
• HR Policies and Procedures:Maintain and update company policies and procedures. Ensure all HR practices comply with local and national labor laws.
• Compensation and Benefits:Assist with benefits administration, payroll processing, and compensation analysis.
• HR Administration:Maintain accurate employee records, prepare HR reports, and handle all general HR administrative tasks.
