Job summary

SPX Express in Manila is seeking a Hub Operations Supervisor to assist in day-to-day hub operations, including parcel inbounding, sorting, rider dispatch, and inventory control. You will monitor performance to ensure KPI targets are met and support the Customer Support team with escalations.

The role requires a Bachelor's degree and at least 3 years in logistics or warehouse roles, with leadership experience preferred.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required.
• At least 3 years in Logistics, Warehouse and Distribution; e-commerce fulfillment experience a plus.
• Leadership role preferred in a warehouse or hub environment.
• Experience in payments processing or similar function.
• Intermediate proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• Willing to be assigned anywhere in the designated Cluster.
• Able to do shift work per team schedules.
• Must have a continuous learning mindset and handle hub admin tasks.

Responsibilities

• Assist day-to-day hub operations for last mile and first mile activities.
• Conduct team briefings and document minutes.
• Monitor hub performance to meet KPI targets.
• Create, review, and validate hub reports.
• Assist Customer Support with escalations and call-outs.
• Lead process improvement projects to boost hub productivity.
• Handle payment transactions and related processes.
• Coordinate with agency coordinators for hub oversight.
• Perform other hub operation tasks.
