Job summary

SPX Express is looking for a Logistics Operations Manager to assist in day-to-day hub operations in Manila. You'll manage parcel inbounding, sorting, and inventory management, alongside supporting the Customer Support team and monitoring hub performance.

The ideal candidate should hold a bachelor’s degree, possess at least 3 years of relevant experience, and have held a leadership role preferably in a logistics or warehouse environment. A continuous learning mindset is essential.

Qualifications

• At least 3 years of experience in Logistics, Warehouse, and Distribution.
• Experience in e-commerce fulfillment is an advantage.
• Must have a continuous learning mindset.

Responsibilities

• Assist in day-to-day hub operations including parcel management.
• Support monitoring of hub performance and productivity.
• Create, review, and validate Hub reports.

Skills

Leadership in logistics or warehouse environment

Intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Office

Understanding of payment processing
