Job summary

SPX Express is seeking a capable Hub Operations Supervisor in Manila to oversee day-to-day hub activities, including parcel inbounding, sorting, rider dispatch, and inventory management.

You will monitor hub performance, review reports, and drive process improvements to boost productivity while coordinating with agency teams and supporting customer escalations. This role requires leadership in a logistics environment.

Qualifications

• 3+ years in Logistics, Warehouse and Distribution.
• Experience in a leadership role within a warehouse or hub.
• Experience in payments processing or similar function.
• Willing to be assigned anywhere in the designated Cluster.
• Able to do shift work as per team schedules.
• Must have a learning mindset and perform administrative hub tasks.

Responsibilities

• Assist in day-to-day hub operations (first and last mile activities).
• Support monitoring of hub performance and KPI achievement.
• Create, review, and validate Hub reports.
• Assist Customer Support with escalations.
• Implement process improvements to boost hub productivity.
• Handle payment transactions and related processes.
• Coordinate with agency coordinators to oversee agency teams.
• Perform other tasks to support hub operations.
