Job summary

SPX Express Manila hub is seeking an experienced Hub Operations Lead to oversee day-to-day hub operations including parcel inbounding, sorting, rider dispatch, receiving of in-transit parcels and inventory control; you will monitor performance and drive KPI achievement.

The role requires a Bachelor's degree, at least 3 years in Logistics/Warehouse/Distribution (e-commerce fulfillment a plus), leadership experience in a hub, payments processing exposure, and strong MS Office skills.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree holder in a relevant field.
• 3+ years in logistics, warehouse and distribution; e-commerce fulfillment is a plus.
• Has held a leadership role preferably in a warehouse or hub environment.
• Experience in payments processing or similar function.
• Intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel and PowerPoint).

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day hub operations including inbounding, sorting, dispatch, and inventory control.
• Lead team briefings and document meeting minutes; monitor hub productivity and KPIs.
• Assist Customer Support in call outs to resolve escalations and implement process improvements.
