Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• At least 3 years in logistics, warehouse and distribution.
• Experience leading a warehouse/hub team.
• Experience in payments processing or similar.
• Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel and PowerPoint).
• Willing to be assigned anywhere in the designated cluster.
• Able to work shifts as scheduled.
• Strong learning mindset and able to perform administrative tasks in hub operations.

Responsibilities

• Assist in day-to-day hub operations (inbounding, sorting, rider dispatch, receiving in-transit parcels, inventory management).
• Support monitoring of hub performance by ensuring productivity and KPI achievement.
• Create, review, and validate Hub reports.
• Assist Customer Support with calls to resolve escalations.
• Implement process improvement initiatives to enhance hub productivity.
• Handle payment transactions and associated payment processes.
• Coordinate with agency coordinators to oversee agency teams.
• Perform other tasks to support hub operations.
