Job summary

SPX Express is seeking an experienced Hub Operations Lead in Manila to oversee day-to-day hub activities including inbounding, sorting, rider dispatch, receiving in-transit parcels and inventory control.

You will conduct team briefings, monitor hub performance to meet KPI targets, and coordinate with agency teams while supporting customer escalations. The role requires a Bachelor’s degree and at least 3 years in logistics, with proficiency in Microsoft Office and willingness to work shifts.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree required.
At least 3 years related experience in Logistics, Warehouse and Distribution.
Experience in e-commerce fulfillment is an advantage.

Responsibilities

Assist in day-to-day hub operations (last mile and first mile), including parcel inbounding, sorting, rider dispatch, receiving in-transit parcels, and inventory control.
Conduct team briefings and document minutes of meetings.
Support hub performance monitoring to meet KPI targets and ensure high productivity.
Create, review and validate hub reports.
Assist Customer Support in solving escalations.
Implement process improvements to increase hub productivity.
Handle payment transactions and other payment processes.
Coordinate with agency coordinators to oversee agency teams.
Perform other hub operations tasks.
