Job summary

SPX Express in Manila, Philippines is seeking a Hub Operations Associate to support daily hub activities including inbounding, sorting, rider dispatch, receiving in-transit parcels, and inventory control.

You will lead team briefings, monitor hub performance against KPIs, and generate hub reports while assisting Customer Support with escalations and implementing productivity improvements. Flexibility for shifts is required.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree required.
At least 3 years in logistics, warehouse or distribution.
Experience in e-commerce fulfillment is an advantage.
Leadership experience in warehouse or hub environment.
Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
Willing to be assigned anywhere in the designated cluster and work shifts.

Responsibilities

Assists in day-to-day hub operation (inbounding, sorting, rider dispatch, receiving in-transit parcels, inventory control).
Conducts team briefings and documents minutes of meetings.
Supports monitoring hub performance to meet KPI targets.
Creates, reviews and validates hub reports.
Assists Customer Support with call outs to resolve escalations.
Implements process improvement initiatives aimed at increasing hub productivity.
Handles payment transactions and related processes.
Coordinates with agency coordinators to oversee agency teams.
Other tasks related to hub operations.
